Polymag® web and sheet cleaners were developed around the tacky roll (CCR) also known as a particle transfer roll or PTR.

Custom Web Cleaners remove particle contamination as small as 1 micron - for the coating, laminating, printing and converting industries.

This contact cleaning roll or CCR is an idler roll covered with a polymer that is placed in rolling contact with a web or sheet substrate.

The CCR is cleaned with plain water and a lint free cloth or a disposable adhesive tape or tacky tape roll.
