The Polymag® Narrow Web Cleaner System is designed to remove loose particulate contamination from a moving substrate.

The Polymag® Blue Contact Cleaning Roll (CCR) contacts one side of the web as it transports through the web cleaner. Surface contamination is transferred from the web to the polymeric covered CCR. The CCR is continuously cleaned with an Adhesive Tape Roll. The contamination from the web collects on the surface of the Tape Roll. When the Tape roll become saturated, a layer of tape can be removed. Each tape roll contains 66 feet of adhesive tape. Approximately one foot of tape is used per tape change.
