Polymag® Tek Features 4RNWC-IIB Two Side Cleaning with
Integrated Controls and Patented Tape Oscillation

Polymag® has taken our popular Four Roll Web Cleaner and made a New 4 Roll Web Cleaner with Integrated Controls and Patented Tape Oscillation. The cleaner can handle web widths that range between 2” and 90” and maximum speeds up to 700 FPM. The pneumatics package engages / separates the CCRs from the web, and tape rollers from the CCRs when the press starts / stops. The Integrated Control Package, push button "On/Off" feature, CCR encoder ring and a 15º web wrap on the bottom CCR, allow this system to be entirely portable, if desired. The patented Polymag® Tek Tape Oscillation Option (± 1.0" standard) assures continual cleaning of the entire CCR face length surface, and provides adhesive tape conservation by up to 16X.

Our Certified Equipment cleans a broad range of substrates, including film, foil, carton board, newsprint, recycled paper ect. The machines are designed to remove loose particulate contamination from web and sheet substrates, or process rolls, such as: slitting dust, converting debris and other by-products.
