The Polymag® Narrow Web Cleaner System is designed to remove loose particulate contamination from a 
moving substrate.
The Polymag® Blue Contact Cleaning Roll (CCR) contacts one side of the web as it transports through the web cleaner. Surface contamination is transferred from the web to the polymeric covered CCR. The CCR is continuously cleaned with an Adhesive Tape Roll. The contamination from the web collects on the surface of the Tape Roll. When the Tape roll become saturated, a layer of tape can be removed. Each tape roll contains 66 feet of adhesive tape. Approximately one foot of tape is used per tape change.

4RNWC4 Roll Web Cleaner Systems
Polymag Tek's 4 Roll Web Cleaner System (4RNWC) is designed to remove loose particulate contamination from a moving substrate. The Polymag® Blue Contact Cleaning Rolls (CCR) contact both sides of the web or sheet as it transports through the cleaner. Surface contamination is transferred from the web to the CCRs. The CCR’s are then continuously cleaned with Two Adhesive Tape Rolls. Pneumatic cylinders load the two CCR’s into contact with the web and load the tape rolls against the CCR’s. Once the CCR’s are nipped, the web drives the cleaner. When the web line stops, the CCR’s separate from the web and the tape rolls separate from the CCR’s.
The contamination collects on the surface of the Tape Rolls. When the Tape rolls become saturated, a layer of tape can be removed. Each tape roll contains 66 feet of adhesive tape. Approximately one foot of tape is used per tape change.
4RNWC-IIA4 Roll Narrow Web Cleaner
Polymag Tek's 4 Roll Web Cleaner System (4RNWC-IIA) is designed to remove loose particulate contamination 
from a moving substrate. The Polymag® Blue Contact Cleaning Rolls (CCR) contact both sides of the web as it transports through the web cleaner. Surface contamination is transferred from the web to the polymeric covered 3.0” O.D. CCR’s.
The CCR’s are then continuously cleaned with Two Adhesive Tape Rolls.
Once the CCR’s are nipped, the web drives the cleaner. When the web line stops, pneumatic cylinders separate the CCR’s from the tape rolls.
The contamination from the webs collect on the surface of the Tape Rolls. When the Tape rolls become saturated, a layer of tape can be removed. Each tape roll contains 66 feet of adhesive tape. Approximately one foot of tape is used per tape change.
6RNWC-CD6 Roll Narrow Web Cleaner System With Drawers and ClamShell
Polymag Tek's 6 Roll Narrow Web Cleaner System (6NWC-CD) is designed to remove loose particulate contamination from a moving substrate. The Polymag® Blue Contact Cleaning Rolls (CCR) contact both sides of the web as it transports through the web cleaner. Surface contamination is transferred from the web to the CCR’s. 
The 1.25” O.D. CCR’s are then continuously cleaned with Two Adhesive
Tape Rolls. Contact Cleaning Roll (CCR) Web Cleaning Systems have better
cleaning efficiencies than vacuum cleaner systems.
The top CCR’s and tape roll assemblies create a nip between the web and the lower fixed CCR’s. The web drives the 4 CCR’s and the 2 tape rollers. This cleaner is designed with Clam Shell opening to separate the top and bottom CCR. The tape drawer pulls out to change tape easily.
