Polymag Tek Inc. has developed a unique cleaning system which removes particulate contamination before, within or after your process.

The Polymag Tek Inc. Manual Web Cleaner Turret utilizes Contact Cleaning Roll (CCR) technology to remove contamination from paper or film. Our CCR is a roll covered with our Polymag® Blue proprietary polymer which picks off the contamination with its tacky surface.

The Manual Web Turret uses two or four CCRs mounted on your printing or coating machine.

As the web travels across the CCRs, loose contamination is transferred from the web to the surface of the CCRs. The assembly easily pivots off the web for hand cleaning when the CCRs are saturated.
